  • Accra House Fest is Ghana's premier festival dedicated to the sound and culture of house music. Running every year in December, we bring together local and international talent for a house music experience like no other.

    This festival is about more than just enjoyment. We're building a platform for Ghana's house music community and proving that Accra deserves its place on the global electronic music map.

  • Accra House Fest will return in December 2026. Exact date to be announced — watch this space!

  • AHF is organised by Transit and Open House Accra - two DJ-led collectives that have been contributing to the growth of Accra's house music scene through events, artist development and community building.

Ticketing & Passes

  • Tickets for AHF2026 will go on sale in September.

  • Yes! Once early bird allocation sells out, prices increase to standard rates. Don’t sleep on it!

  • We use Tix Africa for ticketing, which accepts:

    • Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo)

    • Visa/Mastercard (for local and international purchases)

  • Yes! Tix Africa accepts international Visa/Mastercard. The price will be charged in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and your bank will convert it to your local currency.

  • All ticket sales are final. We don't offer refunds, but tickets are transferable. If you can't make it, you can transfer your ticket to someone else by contacting us at ahf@transit-live.com at least 48 hours before the event.

  • Contact Tix Africa customer support immediately at through the Live Chat feature on https://help.tix.africa/en/. If you're still having issues, email us at ahf@transit-live.com and we'll help you sort it out.

Events

  • AHF events are all about good energy, inclusive community and dancing!

    There is no strict dress code — come as you are, express yourself and bring your dancing shoes.

  • No outside food or drinks allowed at venues. Let’s support the venues and vendors that make these events possible!

  • To ensure smooth entry, please take note of these prohibited items:

    • Weapons of any kind

    • Illegal drugs

    • Outside food or drinks

    • Professional cameras/recording equipment (without prior approval)

    • Glass bottles

    • Sunscreen and sunglasses

  • Yes. All events have professional security at entry and throughout the venue. We take your safety seriously.

    If you feel unsafe or witness something concerning, find a staff member wearing an AHF shirt or security immediately.

  • Honouring the roots of house music, Accra House Fest is committed to creating inclusive, safe spaces for everyone regardless of gender, sexuality, race or background.

    We have zero tolerance for:

    • Sexual harassment or assault

    • Discrimination or hate speech

    • Violence or threatening behavior

    If you experience or witness any of the above:

    1. Find an AHF staff member or security immediately

    2. We will take your report seriously and act quickly

    3. Email ahf@transit-live.com after the event if you want to follow up

    Consent matters. Respect boundaries, give people space, ask first, no means no.

  • We want AHF to be accessible to everyone. Please email ahf@transit-live.com at least 7 days before the event you're attending so we can:

    • Arrange appropriate accommodations

    • Brief security and staff

    • Ensure you have the best possible experience
